aqueductal stenosis
The third ventricle (fluid filled space within the brain) drains through the cerebral aqueduct to the fourth ventricle.  When the aqueduct is narrowed (possibly due to tumor, hemorrhage), the third ventricle may be enlarged, while the fourth ventricle is small.  This is known as aqueductal stenosis.
